Roxy - Fitzrovia - BarFriday, 06 June 2008The place looks nice enough, but most of the times I've been there it's become very very overcrowded. The bouncers just slow people from getting in, rather than stop it when the place should be classified as full. Add the fact that it's hard hard work to get to the front of the bar to the fact that the prices and selection aren't that fantastic when you get there, and you have a below average night spot.
Surrey Docks - Wetherspoons - PubWednesday, 20 February 2008I'd go as far as saying it was sub-standard for a Wetherspoons pub. Busy and rowdy at most times, recent expereiences have included a barmaid quite aggressively arguing with a customer, and my mate being served a rare chicken breast. Cheap, but not somewhere to spend a night.

Hubbub Bar and Restaurant - Isle of Dogs - BarThursday, 15 November 2007Small, but pleasant bar that has a very alternative and almost Camden feel to it. The selection of bevvies isn't exactly astounding, but the prices are much lower than I expected for somewhere that seemed to me quite exclusive. Looking forward to trying the food.
