About the Last Round Project |
Last Rounds begun its life as a small idea of mine, but has now grown into a large monster that thoroughly enjoys consuming the little free time I have. The site is not sponsored or funded, but has been put together by hours and hours of research and hard work. I’ve also had lots of help from friends, family and miscellaneous web programmers.
I started to build the Last Rounds Project in late 2005, after later licences were granted to pubs and bars in the UK. With all the Speculation about how late licensing could affect the London drinking culture, I thought that it would be useful to design a site that would provide vital information for this new late London society.

Since we’re now living in this rapidly expanding late night culture, it makes sense that we should also expand our awareness and knowledge of the modes of transport available to us at these late hours.
The Last Rounds Project acts as a guide that helps make going out in
London safer by encouraging us to plan ahead. It does this by providing
key information on local public transport and links, (where possible),
to find out even more in greater detail.
So next time you think that you might be late because you're getting
in that last round and staying out past last orders; check out lastrounds.co.uk
and get home quick and safe.
